What’s one book that’s changed your life?

A book that helped free me from a level of guilt I didn’t know I had was…

Conversations With God by Neil Donald Walsh

It taught me there is no good or bad. There’s just what serves you and what doesn’t serve you. It’s your choice on how you want to live your life, and how you want to serve yourself and others.

If you had one piece of advice to help women who may be struggling to love the skin they’re in, what would it be?

Breathe. There’s nothing a deep breath and a smile can’t fix in my world.

Meditation.

Go within. And know you don’t need to be perfect. You’re not a monk, just meditate.

Start for 5 minutes and work your way up.

For so long I looked at other people and thought, “well, yeah you can take that advice, you can go do that, but I can’t do that, I’m not good enough, or that’s not gonna help me.” And I made myself so little. So don’t make yourself little. If you need that advice right now, you’re not little. You’re worth it and you’re amazing. You are absolutely worth taking care of yourself.
